Send the link and what looked wrong. Import quality is the thing we care most about; odd sites usually get fixed within days.
Purchases and restore
Thyme Pro is handled by Apple. Restore Purchases lives at the bottom of the Thyme Pro screen; refunds go through Apple's Report a Problem.
Your data
Everything you save is yours: Profile → Export Cookbook produces a JSON file of your entire collection, any time, free or Pro.
